INGRÉDIÉNTS
For thé bâttér* (Séé thé notés):
·      250 ml wâtér (1 cup + 2 téâspoons)
·      70 grâms buttér (5/8 cup or 5 tâbléspoons)
·      150 grâms flour (1 cup)
·      4 éggs
·      pinch of sâlt
For thé créâm* (Séé thé notés):
·      350 ml cold milk (1½ cup)
·      30 grâms corn stârch (3¾ tâbléspoons)
·      100 grâms sugâr (1/2 cup sugâr)
·      75 grâms buttér ât â room témpérâturé (1/3 cup)
·      200 ml cold héâvy whipping créâm (3/4 cups + 2 tâbléspoons)
·      1 téâspoon vânillâ éxtrâct
For thé glâzé* (Séé thé notés):
·      150 grâms chocolâté chips (3/4 cups (it dépénds on whât sizé of chocolâté chips you âré using. ¾ cup is for régulâr sizé))
·      125 grâms héâvy whipping créâm (1/2 cup plus 2 téâspoons)


INSTRUCTIONS
Prépâré thé bâttér.
1.  Combiné wâtér with sâlt, bring to â boil, âdd buttér ând bring to â boil oné moré timé.
2.  Âdd thé flour ând whisk vigorously until no lumps rémâin.
3.  Réducé thé héât to minimâl ând kéép whisking until thé mixturé thickéns, âbout 1 minuté.* (Séé thé notés).
